01Applications open — 15 May 2027
Choose your championship and register at europeanbarmeeting.com. Each championship has its own entry.
02Your entry kit
Full official rules, recipe sheets and technical details ship with every confirmed entry.
03Arrival day — Sunday 1 August
Swiss National Holiday reception, competitors briefing and the Zürich bar tours.
04The tests — Monday 2 August
Sensory and knowledge tests set the field before the championships begin.
05The stage — 2 & 3 August
EMC, EFC and ECC are decided live; the International Friendship Cup joins the world.
06Prize-giving
Aperitif with prize-giving, dinner and the presidents' meeting close the championships.
