The international bar world meets in Zürich
Four days of exceptional bartending, shared inspiration and Swiss hospitality. From European championships to evenings among friends, the European Bar Meeting brings competitors, presidents and guests from around the world to one city.
The 2027 edition honours the 100-year anniversary of the SBU Swiss Barkeeper Union — a century of Swiss bartending, celebrated with a Swiss National Day reception on 1 August, bar tours across the city and four European title finals.
