Fine drinking on the Limmatquai: cocktail tasting menus, and a wall of over 130 shakers gifted by bartenders from around the world.
The room that set the tone for serious cocktail drinking on this side of the lake, and the one most likely to be on a visiting bartender’s list. It works in tasting menus rather than à la carte rounds, which makes it the closest thing in Zürich to dining at a bar.
Behind the counter is the Shaker Wall: more than 130 shakers left there by bartenders from bars around the world. It has earned a place in the Top 500 Bars list and consistent recognition from the drinks guides.

The cocktail tasting menu — the whole room is built around it, and the seating is designed for roughly ninety minutes across several serves.
